PREAMBLE

With the foundation of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia, it is necessary for appointments to be made to the Viceroyal Council to ensure the stability and continuity of our newly formed realm. Therefore, with the publishment of the Lex Hyspia, there are now clearly-defined positions of the Viceroyal Council that must be utilized in order to govern the Viceroyalty to the best of Our Crown's ability.

JUSTICIERO DEFINITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§7 The Justiciero of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia is the head of the Ministry of Justice and is tasked with organizing the justice system, overseeing the appointment of judges and maintaining the legal system and public order. They furthermore stand as the appellate court and directly overview verdicts and punishments given.

With these definitions known, and with the absolute certainty of His Highness the Viceroy of Hyspia, the Crown hereby appoints Alfonso de Ribero to the seat of Justiciero of the Viceroyalty of Hyspia. He shall be charged with handling the enforcement of Our laws as seen in the Lex Hyspia, and shall be expected to perform his duties to the best of his ability.
