DIVISION REFORMS The divisions reform of the BSK instigates 3 new divisions to carry out specialisations - lead by an Officer of the Brotherhood. The are split into 3 aspects: Practical Combat, Swordsman training and the BSK’s military operations within the city. The divisions are made up of the Officer Cadet core in order to carry out the correct duties for their Commanding Officer. MASTER OF THE WARDENSHIP The Master of the Brawl oversees the practical combat areas of the Brotherhood's yearly roster. Led by an Officer, these Cadets are responsible for leading the BSK out on practical combative expeditions in the lands of Haense. This may be an organised attack or a Brotherhood wide reaction to an unholy force. The soldiers that align themselves under the Master of the Wardenship are named ’Wardens’ of the BSK. - MASTER OF THE SABRE The Master of the Sabre is responsible for the combative training of the BSK. Responsible for organising large scale skirmishes, The Master of the Sabre has the authority to set up international skirmishes as well as field battles with Haense’s auxiliary reserves. Those Cadets who align themselves under this officer are named the Huscarls of the BSK, and have similar duties as the Master of the Division when it comes to organising Brotherhood training. - MASTER OF THE HUNT The Master of the Hunt is responsible for the base training of all soldiers of the BSK. Any rank of the Brotherhood is expected to attend these events to remain as elite men at arms of the Kingdom. Among these duties is an initiates oath hunt - to make sure they find themselves as an Oathedmen of the Brotherhood. Those also responsible for this upkeep are named the Huntsmen. Not only should this division heavily focus on the training of the entire army, but also ensure all Initiates are aware of protocol and weapon handling before partaking in an oath hunt led by one of their own. SPECIALISATION REFORMS. The Specialisation reforms will consist of the instigation of 3 specialisations held by any member of the BSK. They are designed to assist the Marshal in aspects of organisation. Be it the Brotherhoods pay, schedule delegation or Junior Cadet management. - THE KEEPER OF THE BARRACKS The Keeper of the Barracks oversees the soldiers' resources of pay and access within Haense’s military district. Every year, they are responsible for giving out pay coins to the men and women of the Brotherhood. Alongside such a duty, they ensure that all soldiers have access to every room and door allowed by their rank. - DRILL SERGEANT The Drill Sergeant of the BSK is traditionally held by an Officer. With the Marshal the Drill Sergeant sets up a full yearly roster of events filled by each division's members and the Officer Cadet core before it is made public. While this position also acts in a practical sense of discipline, its main focus lies in ensuring the Brotherhoods flow of training is constant/ - JUNIOR CADET COMMANDER The Commander of the Junior Cadets acts as a bridge between the BSK and the youth that wish to enlist. From ages 5 - 14, children may join as cadets where, while they may not fight real threats, are trained in the ways of a soldier before undertaking a career when they come of age. The Officer Cadet who commands them is responsible for ensuring that by the time of full enlistment as an initiate, each cadet has all the required skills to take an Oath Hunt.
