The following is the official policy for the City Assembly of Fi’andria to follow and operate within.

 

SECTION ONE

SECTION ONE: Polices of the Assembly
 

Article 1. For one to be chosen for the position it must be agreed by the overruling figure and a Majority of the party.

 

            1 . In cases of mass Conflict, this may be waved when there would not be time to safely gather.

 

           2. One can only be removed by the majority vote of the Assembly or if the Lord Chancellor requests for such to occur.

 

           3.  If it is a full blood moon is present and half the assembly is present this can be waved so that the Overruling figure can choose to elect or remove an assembly figure without prior advice of the Lord Chancellor nor a vote.

 

Article 2. One shall follow the rules of the land regardless of position even within the Assembly as no leniency will be permitted regardless of position.

 

          1. A suspension will be decided on a case on a case basis by the Ruling figure of the Assembly and the higher standing court if permitted in such a case. This can be given instead of a punishment for their crime in minor cases yet

           ‎‎‎‎‎‎   for  major cases, it will automatically be given. 

 

 

 

SECTION TWO: Code of conduct
 

Article 3. By the allegiance taken by all Assembly Members when they are elected to the Assembly, Members have a duty to be faithful and bear true allegiance to the Lord chancellor and the nation, as well as their respected family  members.

 

Article 4. Assembly Members have a set duty to act in the interests of the nation as a whole to provide a better future for them and not for their own selfish ideals.

 

        1. The acceptance of a bribe to influence their behaviour in their position including any fee, compensation or reward in connection with the promotion of, or

            ‎ opposition to any matter brought to the Assembly will be faced with removal from the Assembly and a possible prohibition from being re-elected with added jail time.

 

Article 3. The information that Assembly Members receive in confidence in the course of their duties should be used only in connection with those duties. Such information must never be used for the purpose of financial gain or public       gain  unless stated otherwise by the over-ruling figure. 
 

        1. Breaking this ordnance will be faced with removal from the Assembly and a possible prohibition from being re-elected.
