As both the Arch-Chancellor of the Celian realm spoke with Ellisar of House Aevaris. The two Mali’aheral have come to the following agreement:

 

I. The Aevaris Talonnii will be in charge of the governing and maintaining of Tahuland on behalf of the Arch-principality of Celia’nor and the Archchancellor Illarion Ibarellan.

II. The Aevaris Talonnii shall establish an industry and grow a stable community within Tahuland.

III. The Aevaris Talonnii may apply for assistance from the Celia’nor Council should the Talonnii see it necessary.

IV. This charter shall last for eleven years and may only be renewed after the Archchancellor and the Celia’nor Council see fit after the time has come to.

V. Upon renewal or success of this charter, Ellisar & Aestenia Aevaris and their heirs shall be granted Tahuland in full. 

VI. This agreement may only be altered prior to the charter completion if both parties are in agreement to do so.
