It is with great pleasure that I announce the official establishment of the Celia’nor Brewer’s Guild. Founded and operated out of Starpool, the Brewer’s guild is open to all those that wish to learn the art of crafting drinks, those wishing to further their skills, and or those simply wanting a place to spend time with other enjoyers of brewing. While the focus of this guild will be on the production of drinks of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic natures, with enough time and interest, there may be expansions into the alchemical arts. Below are some of the variety of specialties a member can choose to specialize in:

 

 

WINE

Wine is the staple drink of Celia’nor and quite popular amongst the other nations of Almaris. With this specialty, the brewer will be able to learn how to craft a wide variety of wines from the dryer white wines, such as the Silver Sword White that is currently on rotation in the brewer’s guild hall, to the sweet dessert wine such as Aevaris Red.

 

LIQUOR 

Where wine reigns supreme in Celia’nor, liquors have their markets in the north and east for those wanting a heartier drink. Liquor specialists  will learn the proper ways to make these strong drinks, both for drinking and for other purposes such as medical work or weaponry, along with techniques to make brandy, vodka, whiskey, and other strong drinks specifically of their design.

 

ALES

While not as common or as beloved as the other two specialties, Ale offers the brewer a chance to really show their skills with the perfect blend. Those that choose this specialty will also be tasked with learning the botany behind brewing along with proper techniques to keep bees in order to make mead.
