1. Introduction

 

 

The North Legion was founded in 98 year of the second age. It is a remnant of the former Clansguard, which once guarded the peace of the inhabitants of Vistulia. The legion has taken, as its main task, the assistance of all good beings–for a price, of course. However, the legion is also tasked with handling the safety of the rest of the Freemen of Vistulia, providing any assistance needed. If you are seeking your place in the world and wish to live your life in an interesting way, the North Legion is the perfect place for you; willing participants are welcome with open arms! 

 

2. Ranking system

 

Wearing armor is an honorable thing for any legionnaire and is considered a duty when performing tasks for the North Legion. In addition, with the approval of the Black Kos, one may add a special marking of their family/clan to the armor provided.

 

Nowywoj -  A beginner mercenary who has not yet demonstrated the necessary skills and loyalty. To become a full-fledged warrior, he must take an oath.

 

 

Woj -  A warrior who has proven his loyalty and skill. He is a full-fledged member of the unit and can accept minor mercenary  jobs.

 

 

Pancerny - The most elite warriors are given the title of "Pancerny" by the Black Kos, which is granted to prove his skill in all kinds of mercenary work. This is the most honorable thing that can happen to a unit member; in addition, those who hold this title can accept practically all orders.

 

 

White Woj - He is the deputy commander of the troop. Appointed only by the Black Kos, his main task is to take care of the efficiency of the men and their equipment. He can also accept people into the Legion as Nowywojs without the permission of the commander, the Black Kos. The White Woj reports only to the main commander, and wields the same armor as him.

 

Black Kos - Unit Leader. The Black Kos title is inherited only by a chosen descendant of the commander. Only he can enter into contracts that assist any nation or group in war. Every decision he makes is final, and he is the only one who can take oaths from the Nowywoj.

 

 

3. Unit offer

 

Mercenary offering: 

 

The North Legion offers a number of services, and its members will not seek rest until their duties have concluded. However, a legionnaire will expect to be paid fully upfront if providing their services, which are as follows:

 

- Assistance in wars for the specific period of time in a given contract

- Bodyguard services during events or travel

- Accepting minor jobs of varying degrees

- Providing help to the Freemen of Vistulia

 

What the North Legion offers its members:

The North Legion is looking for new people, regardless of race or background. The only requirement is a sense of honor and loyalty to the legion; death will be the punishment for those who commit betrayal. When you join the ranks of the North Legion, you may start a new life, change your name if wished, and become a member of the family. In this family, you will never lack a dry roof raised above your head, nor will you lack warm food; the family will always take care of you.
