Greetings, citizens and residents of The United Provinces, After careful consideration and evaluation of the region's current geographical and political situation, the People’s Council has made a difficult decision to move the capital from Dun’avi to Helensburgh, Norraberget. This decision was made for the collective benefit of safety, trade and other perspectives for the Rathonian Populus. Henceforth, the following administrative changes shall be made in effect from Year 58 of Efter Etablering (100 S.A.): The Lairdship of Grenzstadt, the Capital Region of Dun’avi, and the original Province of South Dunbar shall be abolished. The Province of South Dunbar-Svealand shall be set up, with Fort Catherine as the Province’s Administrative Centre. The Province of Osmonde shall cede the communes of Östlandet and New South Dunbar to the Province of South Dunbar-Svealand. The New Capital of the United Provinces of Dùnrath shall be Helensburgh, Norraberget. The Administrative Centre of Norraberget will remain unchanged. The Capital Region of Dun’avi shall downgrade into the Commune of Dun’avi, being a part of the Province of Osmonde.
