After numerous troubling crises the Crownlands are left in despair, the once bustling region is devoid of people, yet is the Chancellery desire to repopulate and rehabilitate those territories. In regards to such, after numerous days of endless work, our Stewardry have managed to register each of the housing estates found upon the domain. They are offered to each and everybody that may afford their price. Upon acquiring, the landholder shall not be charged with taxation as opposed to past systems. The variety of homes is immense, ranging from smaller and larger sizes, to ones located amidst the wilderness and others found encompassing Acre or Vienne. The price for an acre [20x20] is four hundred minae, furthermore the buyer is required to purchase the standard deed that costs fifty minae.
