With the dawn of a new reign, the Crown deems fit to issue a census at the dawn of the 46th decade of the Era of Sigismund. As the Kongzem continues to grow and expand, an accounting of its full population will be critical in shaping the priorities of the Aulic Council as we enter into an era of continued success and prosperity.

 

Therefore, it is at the behest of His Majesty that a census be undertaken across his royal demesne. It is at our direction that all subjects of the Crown should endeavor to complete and return their forms to the office of our Master of the Census, Arthur Stafyr, in a timely manner.
