Balianite Advisory Announcement

A Decree from the Crown

With the Dragon oncoming, prepared to attack the lands of the Kingdom of Balian, it has come to pass that the Crown must make several announcements on the matter of advising the people of Balian what to do in the coming months.

Firstly, the people are suggested to prepare for evacuation of Atrus. As the city is to come under siege, those who cannot fight the dragon, due to age, ailment, or otherwise, should take themselves elsewhere. In addition, those whom leave belongings should seek to have them taken elsewhere.

Secondly, many sightings of undead and unknown black substances have some to pass. Avoid the substances as we do not know their use or strength, carry a blunt and/or aurum weapon with you at all times in case these undead attack as it is the most simple offence against them. In addition, try not to travel by yourself as it is better to have someone to fight with. 

Finally, prepare for a long battle, the forces that we face are undead, while we as the living hold greater strength, there will be far more. We must know the battle will be long and those who cannot fight must be prepared to aid in the clinic or however else is needed. The people of Balian have stood stalwart against every threat it has ever faced, this shall never change. In Hoc Signio Vinces.

The Countess of Aquilae, Johanne Vuiller ensured the preparations of Renduzzo were fully in working order as refugees were directed to the nearby keep. She led those within, directing places of storage for belongings and sections where they may sleep or eat while the invasion of the Undead Cloudbreaker takes place. All in all, a busy time.

Guillermo Ruttledge would prepare for the incoming attack. He needed to check that arrows had been stocked around the walls. So much to do and so little time! The infusion from manpower from Balian's allies would hopefully turn the tide against the dragon.
