[!] Several posters were tacked onto the law board outside of Sakuragakure with bounties on various criminals of the village.

The Koyo-Kuni Bounty Board

Managed by Kato Ena, Samurai of the Koyo Kuni Shugonate and representing the lawful contracts of Shugo Atsuko of Clan Ugokoyama

Intended to reward the courageous samurai, shinobi, ronin, shimin and otherwise wandering soul of the Koyo-Kuni Shugonate, the Bounty Board is a wanted list of criminals considered unredeeming and deserving of the Shugo’s justice with a bounty put on their heads. Any recognized clans or Shoya may issue a bounty with the Shugo’s expressed permission who will rank and post bounties.

The points distributed by completed bounties will equate to an I.O.U from the Shugo’s government at a 1:1 transfer of points to mina. These points may be traded freely within Sakuragakure in commerce, for favors or for mere bragging rights.

Description: An Oyashiman Woman formerly affiliated to the defunct state of Veletz and last seen in Celia’nor. Has no record of citizenship in Nor-Velyth or Koyo-Kuni. Has long hair, pale of skin. Does not show face amongst countrymen. The suspect is guilty of working with demons and for the suspected corruption of Lady Watanabe Akemi.

Description: Wood Elf with black hair and suspected draconic tattoos. Former Paladin. Veteran in the Lurak-Vikela War. Claims he’s from Khamees.
