The Constable's Office has issued a request throughout the Kingdom of Balian, urging the harvesting of coal due to the urgent requirements for the wartime efforts. The individual who manages to collect the highest amount of coal before the upcoming campaign this year will receive a compensation of One Hundred and Fifty Mina's / Florins for their efforts. Whoever collects the second-largest amount will receive Fifty Mina’s / Florins in return for the completion of the requisition.
