TO THE SENATORS, DENIZENS AND PEERS OF BALIAN ALIKE,

This bill, with the blessing of the Archbishop Lotharia and sponsoring by the Balianese senators before the conclusion of their terms within the Balian Senate alike is to be presented first and foremost to the senate to be averred and issued should it pass through the votes of the senate and the veto of the crown alike. Thus does this bill aim to accomplish the following, That, In light of the Archbishop’s and Cardinal's appointment to the Archdiocese of Lotharia, the Count Temesch alongside the Archbishop seeks the presence of the Holy Mother Church to be felt across the lands of Balian, a step of this has been accomplished with the recent doing of the diocese of Lotharia, however in light of such and in order to aid the continuation of these efforts, the following is proposed to be ordered and made law.

I. The current and future peerages of Balian alike are to construct chapels and churches if not yet constructed within the lands of the landed peers. This effort is aimed to aid the peerages and their families to continue following in the footsteps and blessings of God and the Holy Mother Church, allowing themselves to be closer to the faith of cannondom and is to be observed by the Archbishop and his appointed staff themselves.

II. That the highways which fall under the landed titles of the peers are to be decorated with a shrine devoted to a Saint of their choice to aid and comfort all travels, whether visitors or citizens to be privy to a blessed and safe journey.

A. For peers who find themselves upon the vast archipelagos of Balian may construct a dedicated shrine upon their docks or the paths to their keeps.

III. For a time frame to be made, for the projects to be completed and established within 10 years.

IV. Upon completion, each site will be examined and approved by the Archbishop Lotharia himself for approval.
