EMERGENCY REFORM 

& REDISTRIBUTION OF THE PONTIFICAL CURIA

 

It is through our Apostolic Right, bestowed unto us through the Laurel derived from the Exalted that we make these affirmations, alterations, and additions to the Curia. In addition, reforms to the Curial institutions themselves; due to the nature of these appointments, further letters elaborating the duties of these offices shall be published in due time.

 

We decree the Curia to be thus:

 

PONTIFICAL SECRETARIATS,

who are vested with authority of extraordinary condition - or in direct advisory capacity to the High Pontiff - appointed from among the College of Cardinals.

 

Secretariat of the Pontifical Curia,

Who are those placed under the purview of the Cardinal-Chancellor of the Pontifical Curia, Mattia Cardinal Apezetxea. An office tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Curia.

 

Secretariat of the Pontifical State, 

Who are those placed under the purview of the Cardinal-Palatine of the Pontifical State, Jean Cardinal Saint Godwin. An office tasked with overseeing the Apostolic City, and all territories under the purview of the Mother Church.

 

Secretariat of the Pontifical Affairs,

Who are those placed under the purview of the Cardinal-Secretary to the High Pontiff, Ivan Cardinal Lotharia. An office tasked with overseeing the High Pontiff’s personal matters.

 

PONTIFICAL DICASTERIES,

who are vested with authority of ordinary condition - or in the day-to-day operations of the Mother Church - from among the greater flock, who are of the age of majority.

 

Supreme Pontifical Tribunal,

Who are those placed under the purview of the Auditor of the Supreme Pontifical Tribunal, Callahan Cardinal Artorus. An office tasked with all matters pertinent to the Canon Law, inquisition, and process for Ecclesiastical Trial.

 

Dicastery for the Priesthood,

Who are those placed under the purview of the Prefect for the Priesthood, James Bishop Rhosmark. An office tasked with interior matters of the clergy, education of prospective priests, and oversight and grading of seminarian exams.

 

Dicastery for the Laity,

Who are those placed under the purview of the Prefect for the Laity, Brother Franz. An office tasked with exterior matters of direct dialogue and cooperation between the Mother Church, the laity, and the Princes of Canondom. 

 

Commandant of the Pontifical Guard,

Who are those placed under the purview of the Pontifical Commandant, Villorik Cardinal Jorenus. An office tasked with overseeing the orders of Holy Knighthood, and all militant organizations, as per the Bull of the Faith Militant.
