SANCTIONS OF ARTHUR BURKE

 

As a mother both of blood and of kin, as First Abbess of the Talyniist faith, Matriarch of the Silveira Sect, Parir of the venerable Diraar of Celia'nor, humble alchemist, physician and scholar, friend to many, family to some and proud loyal citizen of Celia'nor, beholden to the true ruler her highness Illyria Ibarellan and her noble lineage;

 

I must hereby apply sanctions to Arthur Burke on behalf of the Talyniist Scholarium in direct response to investigations taking place into his character and actions in recent years. The Talyniist Scholarium and Silveira Sect shall no longer accept participation or assistance from Arthur Burke going forwards. Any perks, responsibilities and rewards afforded to said magic user are removed for the duration of investigations going forwards and or until proclamation via her Highness.

 

The Talyniist Scholarium values it's teachers greatly, but each of its members must hold accountability for their actions, and must act in accordance with the values of educating oneself to avoid the temptations of hedonism, and debauchery. The Scholarium remains an educational forum fully dedicated to the ruler of Celia'nor, and as a research body contributed to by its people.
