5th Conseille Municipal Meeting Note. Year 1987.

The Conseille Muncipal came together since its last election for its first meeting, in addition several citizens of Chambery also attended the meeting. At the time the Struggle for the Heartlands Conflict was still going on. After new Citizen were briefly introduced to the Conseille Municipal the Bourgmestre informed everyone attending about the latest news about the Conflict, informing about all the measures taken to ensure safety of the City and its citizen.

The opening statements were then followed by several questions from the Citizens about the City itself, the Laws and security concerns which were all addressed. during these question a suggestion was raised to improve the security measures of individual Homes by adding bars or other protective measures to the houses of the city. The number of broken windows and banditry incursions having increased exponentially since the beginning of the conflict.

The Addition of these new security measures were approved by all Conseiller and Citizen present at the meeting and passed to be implemented immediately. (NOTE, since the conflict ended some time after the meeting was held, the security measures were deemed unnecessary anymore and not implemented).

Another suggestion came in from citizen about opening more Bars in the city, to which the Bourgmestre responded that the current Bars and Tavern are still looking for a owner to run it, as right now only the Restaurant-Bar on the main square is occasionally run by the Bourgmestre/City itself. Several Citizens did give interest to run the local tavern, with the Bourgmestre endeavoring to find a new full time Tavernkeeper to run the City Tavern.

Lastly the Bourgmestre informed about several planned events that are to be held after the expected conclusion of the Conflict, informing and encouraging citizens to also hold their own events. The meeting would then conclude after this last statement.

6th Conseille Municipal Meeting Note. Year 1989.

The Conseil Municipal came together for a small closed meeting, Attending were Bourgmestre Nicolas Wittenbach and Conseillère Valerie Auclair. The Discussion mainly focused on three topics, the first was the Meeting of Valerie Auclaire with the new military of Petra, establishing the relationship between it and the Chambery local police force, the Gendarmerie. The Relationship was successfully established, although with a caviate of some confusion of loyalties because of Valerie own special circumstances due to being also a Holy Knight.

The second topic discussed was the need to update several of Chambery´s Ordinances to align with the new changes in Petra. Mainly changes in naming  as well as changes which laws Chambery observes and the like. All present voted in favor that all changes be made as soon as possible and implemented into he existing ordinances.

The Third topic centered around the Tower of Artistic Inspiration, a now decade long standing institution in Chambery, It was suggested by peoples to give it a tax free Status and fully institutionalize it as part of Chambery. All present agree to this and was decided to expand on the idea further and write a new Ordinance to give the Tower of Artistic inspiration as well as other public scholarly or cultural buildings a tax free status as well as codifying all the usage of all the public buildings in Chambery.
