What circumstances led to this ban?

 

I came across the halfling war post and thought the memes were hilarious. I thought it’d be even funnier to draw the kissing meme and post it in the discord. Not long after, discomfort with the drawing was expressed. It was deleted and I reached out to those involved to apologize.

 

Are there aspects of the ban you agree and/or disagree with?

 

The only aspect I disagree with is the lack of communication. I wish a mod had reached out to discuss it. Even if it was just “Heads up! Ban hammer.” (Except I’m sure it would have been formal and polite). I tried contacting moderation and no response.

Everything else is fair. No, I had no malicious intentions. I just should have asked for permission before going and sharing a drawing of two characters, that are not my own, kissing.

 

What motivates you to return to LOTC?

 

Friends and the pile of letters I suspect need answering.
