[!] This prophecy is only capable of being viewed by those with the ability to see it.

[Azdrazi, Seers, Naztherak, viable Mystics, etc. As per Prophecy lore.]

It sought you out in darkness. A subtle flame at the periphery of your vision. It flickered and called to you from candles, chandeliers, lanterns, torches. It called to you; bid you to stare into its grasp. When you did, you were sitting in an idyllic Eden of paradise. The entrance of a garden, some gates of pristine, shining metal blocking your advance.

The birds chirped in your ears. The smell of grass and the sweet, distinct smell of the rotting leaves of Autumn met your nose. The wind blew through your hair just right. Truly, this was a paradise, one locked to you.

You banged and banged upon the gates only to be met with silence. You pushed upon them only to be met with an unnatural force stopping them from opening.

You looked upon the ground below you to see footsteps going in, but not out. You wondered just what it was it would open for. You sat, for what felt like hours, trying and failing everything that came to your mind to see it open. But in your darkest hour, it came for you.

It came as a tap upon the shoulder. You could’ve swore you were alone. But as you turned to look at the source, you were met with darkness. The sound of crackling flame met your ears.

The darkness melted to a scene of great horror. In your vision lay a maelstrom of flame. The sky black as the sun was replaced with a singular, flickering flame. Ash rained down on you as screams and the sounds of panic wracked your mind.

You watched as women and children gave in to death. You watched as men tried to fight the dying of their light to no avail, you watched horses, birds, dogs and cats, animals of all kinds suffocate on ash and flame and you watched as trees, grass, buildings and everything burnt to nothingness.

You watched as a voice boomed in your head the sounds of some indistinguishable scraping of metal and screeches;

Bithe’vah dul.”

With the voice came behind you the sound of metal opening. A cold breeze touched your back as your senses were assaulted with pure contradiction. In front of you was death, fire, flame and wrath. Behind you was life, tranquillity, warmth and happiness. Your mind raced to make sense of it before ultimately you were in darkness.

When you awoke from your trance. A serpent writhed in the corner of your eyes. Before ultimately like the vision, it disappeared.

Father Nerium rolled in his bed of flowers, squirming beneath the moon as he slept. The sound of the nearby fountain was dimmed by sounds of distress, his back bending with terrible flexibility in an upward arch as he strained, and awoke with a start, covered in sweat. He wiped his face with a handkerchief, and drove his fist beneath a nearby bush to obtain his salvation. From out that darkness he pulled an ingenious work of artifice; mayo on rye with lettuce, dried dill, pastrami, bologna, and black pepper salami, all pressed tight and cut into two triangles. He exhaled his stress, the morbid terrors that were his dreams, though not prophecies, were eased from his mind there and then.

Hopping and skipping along a wooded path, a bundle of twigs and flowers in her hand, a young flaxen haired girl would carefully ascend the perilous ladder to a treehouse - a safe haven for her and other Haeseni youth. As she unloaded her scavenged bounty, the flames of small candles made of tree sap and beeswax would suddenly draw her near, the glow of such hypnotising AD_4nXdjTJXg5LwRMLt1xKZ-_tikvEVKIbPrawNO0HE4aAnqJHo8BMZlyejiHPqjjyW_rxmGtH7FAAGylY895fVeSU22GCzz0IzvcARZptylDR2krjNXpoebcY6ZW5TLwi2LV1KWFcJzNY94NXSs8IVNte8AOSayyl4jr0LiRqHnbg?key=SVwTBpQ6XQS13mt5uSKkYQ into some otherworldly trance. . .

A garden surrounding her - was it her own beloved plot? No. And those gates before her, they only aided to the girl's confusion and as she struggled to break through them, her tiny fists only earning bruises in her pitiful attempts. A feeling of dread filled her heart as the tap on her shoulder caused the hairs on the back of her neck to perk up. . .The Bihar had witnessed death plenty of times, it surrounded her and pestered her endlessly, yet this vision of hell and fury seemed to paralyse her in place as tears welled in those fair eyes, soon slipping down her youthful visage.

As the sweet relief of Eden and tranquility washed over her, the little Princess would awaken for only a few moments, her eyes meeting the stars above her. Crawling to a bundle of pillows thrown into a corner of that treehouse, the child would curl into a ball and lull herself to sleep with a made up merry tune. . .and as she did, she’d be only slightly aware of the jingling of fairy bells and music which soon filled the woodland hollow below her.
