NOMINATIONS FOR THE CAERFRAN MAYORAL ELECTION

To the People of Caerfran City,

 

It is with great delight that I, Thorin Rostova, on behalf of His Majesty Earoslav I, announce the renewed Mayoral elections of Caerfran, capital city of Ravenmire. For too long has Caerfran gone without elected representation, for there has not been a mayor since the time of my Grandfather, the late-Sovereign Bo I Rostova. Now shall the reborn inhabitants of Caerfran be given the opportunity to elect one who they believe shall represent their own interests among the members of parliament.

 

THUS LET IT BE KNOWN:

 

• A candidate must be at the age of 18 or above to be permitted to run in the Mayoral elections

 

• A voter must be at the age of 18 or above to be permitted to vote

 

• Both candidates and voters must be residents of Caerfran who own property within the city

 

• All candidates must consent to a darkspawn test

 

• All candidates shall be summoned to a debate within the tavern of Caerfran within two saint’s days after the posting of this missive (11/22/2024, 7:00 PM EST)

 

• Nobility are not permitted to run for the position of mayor, yet may still vote in the election
