It is with a heavy heart which I have received the news of my sister, Queen Adalia’s death. In the months before her death, she entrusted me with ensuring the well-being of Prince Therin and to the realm which he will inherit. Due to this it is only right for me to step down from my position as Lord Mayor in order to focus on such. In the coming Saint’s Days I plan to convene the River Council of Petra to gain a consensus on the direction which shall be taken in order to see the best possible Commonwealth possible for when Therin shall inherit. 

 

When such is done I shall see to the release of the plans to the public, so that the people may know of what we hope to undertake. There is yet hope, for the Commonwealth yet remains in capable hands. Have trust in the River Council and this Regency, for it is together that we shall overcome the hurdles left in the wake of the death of our beloved Queen Adalia.
