Darkspawn is, and always will, threaten the sanctity of purity. Yet, what defines dark spawn has long been debated, and setting clear standards in our laws with input from the Citizenry is essential. The use of various magic must be regulated, yet allow for progress in our society. And thus, a public forum will be held covering the following topics. TOPICS What forms of magic are currently the largest threat to our silver society? How should we adjust the current law to reflect all threats in our lands? Are there regulations to be made in the alchemical arts as well?
