ON BEHALF OF HIS ROYAL MAJESTY, THERIN I

 

Since the founding of our Commonwealth, the dual Kingdom of Haenseti-Ruska has time and time again proven to be one of our closest allies in our times of need. This bond was borne as a consequence of our civil war and from it we have fostered lasting, steadfast ties and continued prosperity in times of peace. We write to affirm that this solidarity and unity remains strong, as warmly reminded by the Prince Sigmar of House Barbanov-Bihar, his family, and peers.

 

We hereby recognize one particular display of selflessness, wherein both the lives of Prince Zamir Idris of the Petra and Sir Artair von Theonus were saved from certain death. In tandem with Prince Sigmar’s other acts of inordinate good will and continued displays of valor unto and for this Commonwealth, we do hereby grant and confirm unto him a holding and its adjacent lands. 

 

• His Royal Highness, Sigmar Lorik of Galahar, Prince of Hanseti-Ruska, is hereby named Châtelain of the Chateau d’Osmont and given authority over it and its adjacent land.

 

It is our earnest hope that the bond between our crowns continues to flourish. Let us celebrate renewed life through merriment and other ceremony. A festival, joust, or noble gathering might be convened, wherein our peoples may come together in shared revelry. For in such moments of candor and camaraderie the spirit of alliance is most keenly felt.
