BY THE FREE WILL OF THE DUMA AND THE ELECTED MANDATE OF THE EXILIC DUKE, THIS MISSIVE IS ISSUED IN THE SPIRIT OF A UNITED ADRIAN PEOPLE, GUIDED BY THE PRINCIPLES OF HONOR, DUTY, JUSTICE, LOYALTY, LIBERTY, AND WISDOM. THROUGH THIS COMMUNICATION, WE SHARE WITH YOU THE AFFAIRS AND STATECRAFT THAT SHAPE OUR FREE AND RESILIENT DUCHY.

It is with a solemn heart and unwavering devotion to the Exilic Duchy of the Adrians that I, Stefan Euler, do hereby declare my abdication from the seat of Exilic Duke of the Adrians.

 

In recent times, my health has waned, and though my spirit remains bound to the cause of our people, I must acknowledge the limitations that now hinder my ability to serve as I once did. Adria is not the dominion of one man, but the cherished realm of many, where the flame of Dumacracy burns brighter than any singular reign. It is in the interest of this enduring tradition, of our rights, liberties, and the prosperity of our people, that I now make way for the next generation of Adrian leadership.

 

This decision is not made in sorrow, but in faith. Faith in the Duma, faith in our noble and chivalric traditions, and faith in the unwavering resolve of the Adrian people. The Exilic Duchy is not a mere exile, nor is it bound by the struggles of yesterday; it is a living testament to the will of a free people, forged in hardship but destined for triumph.

 

Thus, I call upon the acting Regent of the Adrians, Mateusz Sarkozic, to take up the mantle of his charge and to summon the Ducal Electors in accordance with the Dumageddon Doctrine, that they may fulfill their sacred duty in selecting my successor. Let the proceedings be undertaken with the solemnity and honor befitting our storied traditions, that the will of the Adrian people be upheld, and the course of our Exilic Duchy set forth with unity and resolve. Let this transition not be one of strife, but of fraternity, where duty and devotion to Adria guide the path forward.

 

Though I lay down my coronet, I shall never lay down my love for Adria. Forever will she stand free and truthful to herself, and she is bound for brighter days.
