Explanation

 

Hey, I've recently stumbled upon a situation in which _NotChris was trying to push Butterbuntz away from the Alba's gates, to which I rallied and attempted to help the man.
All of a sudden, a figure approaches our scenario, called TinyRiddle_1, she tries to help Butterbuntz's character, I roleplay, smacking her on the face but, of course, she emotes standing her ground and how she's able to wrestle a fully grown manticore, later on we proceed to talk regarding the situation and she tells me about how she (17 year old, teenager, woman.) wrestled a manticore, full grown beast and how she's able to stand her ground after receiving a back hand slap from my character, an experienced soldier whom participated in many battles, TinyRiddle's excuse for this powergaming move was that "the character has trained since 12 years old" 
If we take that in account, why don't all bodybuilders who train since a young age aren't able to bench press a ton after 5 years of training, of course, that question TinyRiddle decided to ignore when asked in game, the same question.

It is also suspicious to me how TinyRiddle_1 out of nowhere, came to the city gates of Alba to help Butterbuntz get out, while residing in Numendil, would be really appreciated if that would be explained as well.

Yes, I've tried to call for a mod in game but my ticket was ignored, hence why I fell down to such a low blow for the both TinyRiddle and I, and made a public forum report.

 

Desired Result of Report

A talk with the player regarding Powergaming and a lesson on how to realistically portray a race, especially a human which TinyRiddle claims to play, even though the character's bio is clearly stating, that it's an orc.

As the reported, here is my statement; (Apologies for the long reply, I just like getting my facts straight.)
 

First, I would like to address the suspicious appearance when budaqOP and _NotChris were roleplaying with Butterbuntz. I was riding from Norland to pick up Butterbuntz after being told that he did not know where Norland was and ended up in a city called Elizabeth. I did not know what he meant, so I rode towards the Holy Pontifical States, assuming that is where he could have ended up since Norland and the states were the closest nations to the soul stone pillar. Butterbuntz had returned to LOTC after a very very long time and didn't know where places were. I arrived as budaqOP was withdrawing his sword and the crp had started, It was purely coincidence and I had no idea what was going on. Naturally, I wanted to see what was going on, even emoted the question "What is going on?" and only made a move when there was an emote of a sword being pointed towards ButterBuntz's character.

We were in crp emotes, when the emote that started this all came into play. The scenario in question, was BudaqOP's character went in to grab ButterBuntz's character by the collar in which my, TinyRiddle_1's, character decided to try and intercept. The next emote was the start of the altercation and the accusations of powergaming. In BudaqOP's emote stood that he was backhanding the MAN and pushing her away. 
Since Budaq made no attempt to correct his emote gave me the impression that he was backhanding the elf he was attempting to grapple and then push my character away. So I emoted that my character was fit enough to at least hold her ground and attempt to keep the man from grabbing.

 

Granted the emote included that she wrestled with a manticore beast. I had done a DIY hunting roleplay with another player and encountered a manticore (as in the bestiary for the mountains, and I double checked the forums, is allowed to be used in DIY roleplays). In the roleplay, my character did attempt to wrestle a manticore but in no way, shape or form did she win the fight and sustained heavy, life-threatening injuries. Following up on the injuries, which got infected, my character had been healed by a shaman who pleaded to Akezo. 

 

Going back to the incident at hand, with me being under the impression that BudaqOP had hit the elf and not my character with a backhand, we tried continuing rp (which contained a lot of swearing from BudaqOP's character) when BudaqOP started accusing me of powergaming. In his words, if i can remember correctly, he stated that we were both human and how could my character wrestle a manticore, an rp that he wasn't involved with, and then proceeded to accuse me. 
 

To set things straight, my character is 17, on the cusp of adulthood and had been irp training since she was 12 years old with and without her father, spending most of her time hunting in the woods whilst doing so. BudaqOp's character was a soldier who would have also have training and getting stronger. BudaqOP then started obnoxiously started asking questions as to how a 17 year old could wrestle a black bear and her being female, indicating that she should have been weaker (Which I think is quite sexist in my opinion). And without giving me a chance to respond, immediately jumped to making a modreq. Without even saying anything, waiting for a mod to show up, BudaqOP then started speaking again then saying that his character was slapping my character, even when I was under the impression that he was only pushing my character to the side and slapping Butterbuntz's character. I even stated in chat what my understanding was. 

It was then that BudaqOP had spammed a few messages in the chat with the definition of the term 'Powergaming'. Saying that what my character did in the CRP was severe powergaming and generally being toxic, asking my character's race and telling me to define powergaming in looc chat. He then went on about me not roleplaying properly and tried getting me to pvp with him and insulting my intelligence, to which I declined to pvp with him. After I declined, he then accused me of complaining about rp and about pvp. 

Again, the argument about his emote hitting a man came up to which i once again stated my understanding of his emote. He must have gone back to take a look at the emote because he came back and said, and I quote; "I mistakened ur character for a man the way you powergame yours strength, sorry" when my character is clearly a female with a female skin, and even made remarks about my character being female earlier in the argument. 

Next Butterbuntz tried to cool down the situation, asking if we could continue rp as a mod hadn't shown up for the modreq made. We tried getting back into the rp but then BudaqOP had started accusing Butterbuntz and myself for metagaming crp to which I had to shoot down the accusation as it wasn't true. (First statement is above, addressing the metagaming accusation.) 

The argument went on, you can imagine what it was about, of course it was about how my character was in an altercation with a manticore, an roleplay instance he had no relation to. He then proceeded to Forums to make this report and sent the link to me in chat. BudaqOP said that it was the worst rp experience he had in months, and I can genuinely say, I feel the same. 

 

I had been accused of bad faith when BudaqOP had come down like a meteor, being extremely toxic and negative, not to mention aggressive with his looc chats. He had said that he clearly hurt my feelings, when in actual fact, I'm pretty okay right now. I have my glass of water, I am seated comfortably in my chair, how would I not be okay? 

 

In my opinion this could have been handled more civilly, unfortunately BudaqOP wanted to take it as far as forum report. He wanted to start something about my character's companion, who I only use as a mount but I shot that argument down as soon as it started rising. 

 

This type of behavior on the server is the type that pushes people to the breaking point of leaving. It genuinely makes things less fun and enjoyable. I would like to apologize for the long statement, but I really do like having straight facts. As an ex moderator to other servers and communities (excluding lotc related ones) I would like to think that you would appreciate a fully decked out statement.

 

Now until another reply is expected of me, I shall leave you, Mods, to decide what goes on from here.

Edit: Regarding the character slot issue. I had re-used it in the past and have recently been informed that things were still the same by a friend. It was being sorted out.

 

Edit Edit: I will retract the sexist statement but I will keep the fact that he acknowledged my character to be female. I didn't call BudaqOP and outright sexist, I merely thought the statement in LOOC chat was a bit sexist. Again, I could have been reading too much into it.

What is the issue, I wrote a short report, that doesn't take more than a minute to read, and here you are.
I don't know if it's a troll or not but this is an insane amount to write over something like this, please, shorten the response.

FIRST OF ALL
I read the first paragraph and in the first paragraph you admit to blatant metagaming AND I QUOTE 
"I was riding from Norland to pick up Butterbuntz after being told that he did not know where Norland was and ended up in a city called Elizabeth."
 

I really do wonder how you got that information, please provide some logs whether it be roleplay chat logs or a letter, delivered to you via a bird.

 

SECOND
Yeah, I admit it, your poor character portrayal of a female human made me think you're roleplaying some sort of a knight male, who's able to wrestle a manticore and stand their ground after getting BACKHAND slapped as if nothing happened.

 

THIRD
Your character, who's a teenager, willingly went to wrestle a manticore, I've noted it in game chat and I note it once again, you're a teenager, a female teenager, sure, fantasy world but even in fantasy worlds knights and soldiers have some fear for their lives, you willing to tell me that your minor character fought attacked a manticore without a single fear for their life, please, like I said in game - you are not roleplaying an orc just because it says you're an orc in your bio, you are a human.

I got no clue what you're trying to say about my character cussing/swearing IRP as that kind of language is not abolished on the server.

I've never said anything about your intelligence, well, to my recalling. 
What I have said that if you are not able to provide fair and realistic portrayal of a human, teenager female during basic roleplay, then I wouldn't like to continue with CRP and instead choose PVP which I believed to be the more reasonable choice of conflict after seeing your character magically standing without a singular effect from a backhand slap, of a gloved palm from a soldier.

You quite literally admit to metagaming in the first paragraph, please, cut the lies.
There's been at least thirty people that has so far seen this report and you admit to talking to Butterbunz, OOCLY regarding his location, in which he tells you he's in a city called Elizabeth, after which you arrive to his help.
ON TOP OF THAT, PLEASE, CUT THE LIES ONCE AGAIN, AFTER MODERATORS HAS FAILED TO ARRIVE TO HELP ME IN THIS SCENE, I'VE SAID IN #LOOC TO CONTINUE ROLEPLAY BUT THE PERSON THAT CONTINUED TAKING IT BACK TO OOC, WAS YOU, LOGS CAN BE PROVIDED TO THE MODERATOR THAT'S WILLING TO TAKE THIS REPORT ON THEIR SHOULDERS.

Your defense of your poor roleplay portrayal of strength of a human woman, who's on top of all that is underaged is just mind baffling.
You keep repeating the same thing "My character trained from 12 years old and what not, by hunting in the woods - MAKES NO SENSE, a 12 year old, even male is not able to train themselves (you admit to training by yourself as your character got no father) please, explain to me how a 12 year old is able to train themselves to get rid of all fear for their life and just run against a manticore, stand without moving an inch after being slapped, backhanded - as I said previously, makes no sense.
 

AND FINALLY.
To wrap this up, I will be fairly upset when I have to encounter a person who's roleplaying an underaged woman who's got ZERO and I say ZERO fear for their life, refuses to portray a realistic human character, with fear for their life, lack of strength at an early age and what not and after reading your response, I would like to edit the report and change the desired result of it - restriction from playing the server until rules/lore is read, ban, in other words.
