Report Rules

You’re at your wits end, you’ve tried to work things out with the other side, and you’ve offered compromise—but they just won’t cooperate. When civility breaks down and you need a third-party to mediate your conversation, the Moderation staff are here to help.

 

Reports are a system designed to solve out-of-character disputes. If things do not go as expected in-character then that is your character’s problem. We consider reports seriously and require that discussion is polite and authentic. You may report behaviour on official mediums, aka in-game & Discord & forums.

 

Here are the rules.

1. Do not post on reports unless providing evidence.
   1. If you directly witnessed the event you may write 1 reply at most that documents the incident.
   2. You may edit your reply to add only (we keep edit history).
2. Cropped screenshots are not considered valid evidence.
3. Evidence older than 3 weeks (21 days) may be considered invalid.

 

Disturbing or sensitive material must be reported privately. If it is a matter of community safety please attach all relevant materials to an email to [email protected].

 

We will remove reports that do not comply with the rules, regardless of their content. Bullying or abuse against players who file reports is a bannable offense. False accusations or uncivil behavior on a report is also bannable.
