The birth of a child, the firstborn daughter of Duke Thomas I and the Duchess-Consort Ivy. The babe has been given the name Karla Lippe von Theonus @Itz_Cookie in honor of the founder of the haus, Viscount Karl von Theonus. Born healthy amidst gathered friends and family, she is thus bestowed with the titular Barony of Raustyn, as is traditional for the firstborn child of the ducal haus. Henceforth the child shall be known as the Baroness of Raustyn.

 

We rejoice, as do we ask our fellow Petrans of the Commonwealth, at the news of this momentous day. For 

one day it shall be she who takes the mantle of Vohenheim, God willing.

Thomas von Theonus nodded reading the announcement. He would have Karla on his arms while having a warm smile on his face "Unwavering Under The Sun!" He says whispering to not wake up his daughter.

Aurel von Theonus read the missive with a rare expression of joy awash on his face. The corners of his lips even turned upward, in a smile! The aging waldenian was a grandfather now. 

 

He read the document once or twice more, before fixating on something, that smile turned back into his usual frown. "That boy's not very original, is he?" he quietly asked himself before setting the document down and going off to find the newborn partisan.
