With the election of a new Sohaer comes a call for celebration and an age-old formality to cement their position in office.  Servants of Silver rush about the citadel, polishing the floor and hanging decorations. Whispers circulate around the street of a grand event, the inauguration of a new leader of the State.

The Silver State of Haelun’or cordially invites all to attend the inauguration of Valindra Liavyre-Nullivari, whereupon she will take the solemn oath to uphold Silver. Following the undertaking of the vow, the new Sohaer shall host Elheial'saneyr, a new tradition where the Blessed citizenry may bring inquiries to the Sohaer, Maheral and Silver Council in a formal, public setting, and foreign guests may extend their hands in friendship.
