ARTICLE I: On Sovereignty and Titles

I. Helious and its lords hereby acknowledge the crown of Celia’nor sovereignty claims and rights to the lands under their jurisdiction. Helious further acknowledges Celia’nor as its vassal lords.

 

II. Celia’nor hereby acknowledge Helious, the land provided to them in this agreement and the rights afforded to them. 

 

III. Celia’nor reserves the rights to raise or lower the Mah’nel families titles as per their nobility within Celia'nor. 

 

IV. Celia’nor may at any time acknowledge Helious's own titles should they wish to do so.

 

ARTICLE II: Land Coverage 

 

I. The signatories agree that Helious shall cover 70% of the mountain region south of the capital as originally agreed upon. (Tile_Midlands_39 with the current Celianor_Vassal_Helious region)

 

II. The signatories agree that Celia’nor shall remain in possession of the remaining 30% for the purposes of livestock and cattle. 

 

III. The signatories agree that the Crown of Celia’nor may expand the lands granted to Helious without consent of both parties, however land retraction must be discussed and agreed upon.

 

ARTICLE III: Land Usage

 

I. The signatories agree that Helious shall be allowed to build a keep, a city and an undercity within their lands.

 

II. The signatories agree that Helious is free to use the remainder of their land for barns, cottages and other buildings of the like.

 

III. The signatories agree that any further cities or defensive structures must be acknowledged and agreed to be both parties. 

 

ARTICLE IV: Guard

 

I. The Signatories agree that the Mah’nel family may possess a house guard as outlined by Celia’nors Laws and nobility rules. 

 

II. The Signatories agree that the rules and laws around house guards may be changed by the crown of Celia’nor 

 

ARTICLE V: Law & Tax

 

I. The signatories do agree that Helious may enact and enforce its own law within his lands.

 

II. The signatories do agree that Helious may enact taxes within its land. 

 

III. The signatories do agree that Helious shall pay a tax of 150 per year/Elven week. 

 

ARTICLE VI: Duration

 

I. This agreement will remain in effect permanently. 

 

II. The terms of this agreement may be renegotiated with assent from the crown and the ruler of Helious.
