Appeal Email Not Working

The email [email protected] does not work at all. I have attempted to send an administrator ban appeal for over a year four separate times to this email and have not gotten a single response. I'm unsure what I'm supposed to do, as that is my own means of contact with staff to resolve my initial 3-month ban that was turned into an administration ban while I was already off all server connection. I have tried appealing, yet my appeal was denied outright without any response as to why. I have not received any contact on the email and am confused as to what to do.
