OPENING DEBATES

With a large number of candidates running for Garmont Seats and the position of Mayor, the office of the Grand-Speaker finds it necessary to host debates to allow the people to determine which candidate speaks best to the citizen’s interest.

 

The debates will be held [Monday 19th, 2pm est], and will be transcripted afterwards.

 

Citizens are welcome to reply to this missive or send birds to the Grand Speaker with questions they want answered from the candidates.

 

The office of the Grand Speaker also would like to remind candidates they are allowed to campaign and make missives for their running.

 

VOTING

The voting for candidates shall be opened on [Wednesday 21st 3pm est] and run till [Friday 3PM EST], after which the results will be publicly announced.

 

Due to the large number of candidates, the voting shall be done through ranked choice.

 

GARMONT ASSEMBLY

The Garmont Assembly with the new elected body shall take place the following [Sunday 25th 3pm est.]

 

Should representatives be unable to make the time, they are allowed to appoint someone in their stead to attend with prior notice to the Grand Speaker.
