AS THE COURT TAKES ITS SHAPE and fills its positions, it is the charge of the Palatidor to, in the absence of appointed positions in control of the Palatidor, to perform their duties until one is appointed to the position. As such, it is my charge to put out this missive throughout the Horde as well as realms beyond, to notify practitioners of the Protected Magicks that the Oasis Courts seeks their services, and wishes to employ them, in the position known as O Sofoi.

THE PROTECTED MAGICKS are outlined to be the magicks known as HOUSEMAGERY, BARDMANCY and CULIMANCY. Voidal magicks, as well as any other magicks not outlined within the protected magicks of the Court, are not welcomed within the Court’s service, and will subsequently be denied employment. As mentioned, those practitioners of the protected magicks that receive employment by the Oasis Court will, from the time of their employment, be known as O Sofoi.

 

THE HOUSEMAGE will be employed to aid the staff of the Palace, and will be allowed to utilise their craft to maintain it tidy, as well as bring it to life - literally. Furthermore, the Palatidor is a known Housemage and Tutor, and novice Housemages are welcome into the Court to continue their apprenticeship if they so desire.

 

THE BARDMANCER will be employed as both entertainer and protected mage. They will work hand-in-hand with the Komnador’s entertainment branch to provide revelry in parties, gatherings and events within the Palace and the Duchy itself.

 

THE CULIMANCER will be employed, as expected, to the kitchens of the Palace. Working hand-in-hand with the Komnador’s Chef branch, they will be expected to cook, brew, bake and roast the most delicious and exquisite meals for the Palace’s parties, gatherings, events and festivities.

INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS ARE EXPECTED to send letters introducing themselves as well as the protected magicks they practice to the Palatidor, His Excellency Miguel Rostova, and will be contacted for interviews and assessment of skills.
