Oijin's Tiger Blessing

Recently, the Tiger Sanctuary had been nothing but overwhelmed by death and blood, conflict and unease. The animals feared what lurked in the darkness, but no matter the Triumvirate's attempts to protect the balance of life, corruption always spread. Nevertheless, the blessed of Chiyoko-sama did not give up. She arose every time shadows sought to destroy her dreams and harm those she swore to protect. And so, with her knowledge, she called forth her allies—one of crimson eyes—who rallied many others.

 

The mighty Aspen and her fae companion regrouped many servants of nature who stood together as a strong unit. No matter the race, no matter the religion, no matter the blood or ambitions, for once, descendant-kind stood united. Elves, humans, Oyashimen, goblins, and many more helped one another. Whereas the world plunged into war and despair, these warriors and priests of the cycle of life put all else aside for the greater good. They stood in a circle around a shrine of the Tiger kami, ready to muster a ritual while the blessed were determined to lead it.

 

“LEND ME YOUR ENERGY!”

 

The blessed of Chiyoko exclaimed as the deed commenced. The servants of nature surrounded her, bringing their hands forward. Stars, roots, leaves, and mirrors seemingly wreathed the blessed’s frame, rendering her one with nature. Her hands sank into the soil as she tried to tear something out. Power surged through her. That immense flow of energy rendered her more powerful than ever. And then—it happened.

The ground shook. It tore as stones erupted from its depths. Four monoliths, along with smaller stones, soon loomed around the group positioned in a cardinal direction. Their rocky frames were carved with natural, glowing runes that emanated an aura so pure it removed any form of corruption around them. Furthermore, the shrine of the tiger glowed with that same fairy-like flow.

 

This act of dedication to the Kami seemingly attracted tigers and beasts alike. Some animals within the sanctuary began to sleep and hide within the stone area, finding comfort in it. Astonishingly, those who wandered into the lair of these stones would witness ethereal, fae-like creatures with tiger-like features appearing and disappearing, like visions in a fog. It was like living in a mysterious fable that brought wonder but awe. Indulging the imagination of those who witnessed the land of legend.

 

Yet, one thing was clear.

The beginning of an alliance, of friendship, and purity was forged that day.

Hey, a build has been made for the cool stuff. Apparently, it was the FIRST RITUAL of Ogham stone ever made and so I thank whoever joined to help me with this. It was quite the little thing and I'm quite hyped to be the first one leading it. Thank you!!
