To the Blessed Citizens of Haelun’or,

 

Kirkigar Tarto is one of the most keen and forward-seeking member of the Silver City I have seen in quite some time. He is constantly seeking to move our people forwards, and entertains ideas to do so. Through-out the rough period of lacking government he kept a clear mind and kept forth direction, even during the elections he battled wits and was my drive; to steel my thoughts and push me further. It would be foolish, incredibly foolish, to not employ such a character within our Silver Council. As Okarir'mali, Kirkigar Tarto, hereby holds the keys to our tavern, the heart of our stewards and the mind for our event organisation and planning. Let his name be remembered, and his actions spoken loudly within our realm.

 

Mya Rianeth is fierce, without a doubt one of the most dedicated to her role. Having taken on roles from the previous manifestation of Okarir'sil, she went out of her way to retain and hold our military together. I have deliberated much with her, and I am proud of her zeal and desire to defend our Motherland. Through-out the issues and turmoil that the changing of government had held, she still sought to remain within our Silver City, and furthermore desires to continue in her position. As Okarir'sil, Mya Rianeth will see over our sillumiran; honing their mind and steel, perfecting their training and making them the swift executioners of justice in our city with the main directive of always preventing the spilling of our precious 'thill blood. It is a great sacrifice to take under, to hold the life of our blessed people in hands: Her actions shall prove plentiful in the defence of our Motherland; she shall defend our Sacred Eternal Library and the blessed 'thill.

 

The waves of our government shall reveal the silver in the sand;

Look towards what their roles prosper, for they will be bountiful.
