To the Blessed Citizens of Haelun’or,

 

These past few years have been incredibly fruitful- with leaps in our Sillumiran, Ilumiran, Eternal library and our economy. It is for that reason I would appreciate it if you could all listen to this update of our state of affairs.

 

On State

 

Lenniel Sythaerin has stepped in as our Okarir’akaln, our Master of Trade. Since being in this position we have had a massive leap in our economic wealth- seeing multiple high-value businesses enter elcihi and set up shop there. Furthermore her work towards establishing a unique trade association to prevent businesses overstepping one another, as well as bringing our blacksmiths back into the fold. Of whom shall be forging and producing standardised armaments of great beauty to our Sillumiran.

 

Valazaer Calith too has stepped into the fold, taking on the position of Okarir’sil, our Master of War. He has long since been a great agent against the impure, having stood against the Titan and fighting off many foes in our past, he was without a doubt a brilliant individual to put into our stead within the Silver Council. He shall be organising and aiding other sectors in the recruitment, training and arming of our Sillumiran.

 

Kirkigar has been our Okarir’mali, our Master of People, since the beginning of my tenure as Sohaer, he has revived multiple sectors of our city, brought attention and activity into the hearts of our tavern and plaza, as well as helped in the facilitation and housing of many Mali’aheral who have returned to their true home, the Motherland. It is with this I’d like to congratulate him on his efforts thus far. Furthermore his recent cooperative works such as preparing for the Gala, as well as other endeavours have left me waiting what spectacular events he shall bring to us next.

 

Isadora, our Tilruir’indor, our Servant to the Eternal Library, has too been a recent but welcome addition. As Valah, she may not stand in office as our Okarir’indor, however her efforts and ideas thus far have been spectacular and I am sure in our not-so-far future we shall gleam many fruitful and wondrous activities within our Sacred Library. Her dedication to the tome, and desire to spread such interests warms my heart truly, and I hope to see many fruitful celebrations from her in our future.

On access

 

It has been so long that our gates have remained open- for I saw it fruitful that we invited our Mali’aheral with ease and grace. It has, however, come to my attention the exploits of those impure who have abused such generosity. I have heard multiple reports of foul, fel and furiously disgusting darkspawn that litter Aevos, worming their way and assaulting our people. Our  Sillumiran have caught onto these petty assaults and recently we have slain one persistent group without casualties. It is hereby then I have called for the gates to now remain closed, our Sillumiran shall work them and decide whether those entering our cihi are of pure mind and body. Those found impure shall not be let in, and those who desire to bring harm to our cihi shall be ejected from the mountain without hesitation.

 

If you wish to speak with one within the cihi, on grounds of business or wonderful curiosity of the Mali’aheral, you will have to become appreciated by one already within who can vouch for your purity- though, this will not promise that another may believe otherwise. Truthfully the test of purity is unending as it is something all Mali’thill strive for every day.

 

On occurrences

 

Many of you will notice the Titan’s carcass that rests upon the mountainface, one of our greatest victories against Orsathiel. Truth be told outside our walls there are many victories, just as there are many losses. Despite what my declaration on access may suggest, I still see it best that those of the Ilumiran and Sillumiran head out to battle Orsathiel’s legions, as a way to hone and document, but also to protect those descendents who we share home with. You have done extremely well in many battles- Cerulia, Koyo-Kuni, the Motherland, Veletz and more. I am sure you will be capable of much more in the future too.

 

Nevertheless, the security of the Motherland is assured, I have planned contingencies upon contingencies, and no matter what outcome our people will persevere, so fret not Blessed Citizen, our Motherland is Eternal.
