Expectation of Students

Students of the Prince’s Institution are held to high standards of conduct, academic effort, and personal presentation. The following guidelines are set forth to foster an atmosphere of learning, respect and honorable behavior within the walls of academia.

Students shall treat all professors, staff and fellow pupils with respect and courtesy regardless of station or age. Students shall address their professors with respect regardless of station. Disruptive, rude or dishonorable behavior shall not be tolerated within the classroom or upon the ground of the Institution. No weapons may be carried unless given express permission for a relevant course (e.g. Chivalry)

Tuition for students is as such, 10 mina per core class and 5 mina per elective class. Tuition is due during the first year of each trimester. Payments can be made at the Institution, more details to come about where to pay. If tuition is not paid by the first week the students will be reached out to by the Headmistress or Secretary, failure to pay tuition may result in dismissal from class rosters.

Students are required to attend a minimum of one class per subject enrolled in to pass. If a professor requires an exam or thesis to be done students must complete those as well. If a student is unable to meet the attendance requirement they may seek an audience with their professor to discuss alternative options. Some professors may not require attendance to pass a class.

All students must maintain a neat and modest appearance. Uniforms are required to be worn while attending class unless given permission by the professors for classes (e.g. Etiquette, Chivalry). Uniforms may be required during special events or ceremonies.

Students found in violation of these rules may receive warnings, detention, suspension from classes or removal from the Institution, depending on the gravity of the offense. Continued misconduct may result in a formal review before the Headmistress.
