By Order of His Grace and Knight Commandant,

Let it be known to the faithful and loyal sons and daughters of the Commonwealth that the mantle of Knight-Commadant is to be passed from Sir Artair - who has served with honor, dignity & respect -  unto Sir Therin, former Archduke of Petra and reformer of this new Order. His grace has proven with his life of service to the people of Petra that his wisdom is still needed in these changing times.

Sir Therin shall resume his sacred charge, to guide the Order of the Petrine Laurel and uphold its code of Chivalry. To see the continuance of its spirit and deed. 

The Order of the Petrine Laurel offers due thanks to our departing Commandant for his years of faithful service, keeping our people safe from the Mountain's forces as we fled to this new place, and to helping settle into strange lands that we are beginning to call home. We stand ready to serve Sir Therin's command in the days to come.
