 TARNAVON CLINIC CHARTER

The Alderhall of Tarnavon hereby establishes the founding and constructing of a Clinic within the Village limits of Tarnavon. This clinic shall be entrusted to Lady Andromeda de Medford as it's sole physician, and empower Lady Andromeda to run the clinic as she wishes.

GREYGUARD ARMAMENT SUBSIDY & PATROL ORDINANCE

 The Alderhall of Tarnavon hereby authorizes the allocation of municipal funds for the arming and equipping of the Greyguard of Valwyck. This measure aims to address the recent rise in local crime and raids from beastmen of unknown origins. This ordinance further mandates routine patrols along the village limits, surrounding roads, and nearby woodlands to safeguard Tarnavon’s populace and ensure continued order within the Ducal Realm.

TARNAVON BOUNTY GUILD

A bounty system was proposed to facilitate a centralized system of dispensing justice and the enforcement of local and Imperial law against criminalized entities within the township. Further consultation will be needed to decide upon the design and composition of the guild.

TARNAVON MAILBOX ORDINANCE

 The Alderhall of Tarnavon hereby authorizes a town mailbox network and courier which shall be established to facilitate the delivery of parcels throughout Tarnavon. Residents shall be allowed to drop off parcels to any other residents in the township. The Alderhall endorses a courier system composed of the town’s orphans to provide practical civil service experience.

VILLAGE COAT OF ARMS

The Alderhall of Tarnavon has reviewed and formally denied the first proposed design for the Village Coat of Arms. The submitted design was found not to properly embody or signify the vision, heritage, and communal values of Tarnavon. The Council has resolved that a revised emblem be commissioned; one reflecting the village’s industrious spirit, Ayrikiv identity, and steadfast devotion to Valwyck’s legacy. Further submissions shall be subject to Alderhall approval before adoption.
