A Public Invitation to the Kin, Companions, and Citizens of the Realm

 

To all kinsfolk, allies, citizens, and honored guests,

 

It is with great honour and open hand that House Vuiller announces the beginning of the Quadrennial Vuiller Gala, a celebration of fellowship, heritage, and the enduring bonds that weave through our shared history. Once every four years, the banners of the Vuiller line are raised high, and the family opens its arms to welcome others into their festivities for the day.

 

Let this be a grand occasion, not a festival for noble blood alone but a coming together of friends, neighbors, and even wanderers so that the warmth of our fire crosses beyond names and titles. For in unity lies strength, in kinship lies peace, and within gatherings, a remembrance of what ultimately survives.

 An Evening of Fellowship and Celebration

 

The Gala shall be an evening rich in merriment, fine company, and friendly competition. Guests may look forward to a succession of diversions and entertainments prepared in honour of the occasion.

 

Among these shall be the Best Dressed Competition, wherein guests are encouraged to arrive in their finest attire-be it the proud colours of their house, the silks of distant lands, or their own creative expression. A small prize and recognition shall be granted to the individual whose presentation best embodies grace, ingenuity, and celebration of the evening's spirit.

 

Apart from this, a number of miniature games and amusements shall take place throughout the night. Their nature shall remain unspoken until the festivities begin, for a touch of surprise adds flavour to every feast. Whether of wit, reflex, or good humour, these contests are meant to delight rather than divide, all in good cheer and fellowship.

 

It encourages guests to join in at will, or just enjoy the laughter and merriment that fill the hall.

Dress Code and Behaviour

Formal attire is requested, though creativity in dress is welcomed,  whether adorned in the colors of one’s house, guild, or homeland. The evening is one of dignity and joy, and guests are asked to conduct themselves with the respect due to a gathering of peace and kinship.

Attendance

All are welcome to come. Nobles, commoners, merchants, clergy, and wanderers alike have a place in our halls. Let no soul doubt their welcome, for it is the intent of this feast to bridge gaps and reforge old bonds, that our realm may stand stronger through understanding and fellowship.
