THE IMPERIAL COLLEGE OF MAGIC SEEKS A PRIMARCH

 

The Imperial College of Magic is seeking a knowledgeable, qualified mage to serve as its Primarch of the School of Esoterica. This individual will serve under the Head Primarch and Imperial Liaison within the College

 

A qualified individual for this role will:

• Be a citizen of the Empire
• Have adequate experience with and mastery over magic and its uses
• Already be an Imperial Mage, or be eligible to become one
• Possess a decent understanding of the nature of magic, with capability and interest in furthering such understanding

 

Responsibilities of this position will include:

• Leading the school in its missions:
  • Advancing the knowledge of Man
  • Forming a cohesive, central theory of magic, comprehensible to the common man
  • Investigation of and reporting on magic phenomena, especially that which may threaten the Imperium
  • General research - again, advancing the knowledge of Man
• Evaluating Fledglings who wish to join the School, and relaying approvals for such to the Head Primarch
• Occasional collaboration with other schools to support their missions with research into subjects that will further their areas of focus
