✠ HEED, ALL LEAL SONS OF HOREN ✠

By the will and sovereign authority of His Imperial Majesty, Hadrian I, Emperor of Man, all loyal citizens, peers, and sworn subjects of the Empire are hereby formally summoned and strongly encouraged to attend the forthcoming convening of the Imperial Court.

 

At this gathering, matters of great consequence to the Crown and to the realm at large shall be set forth and made known. Those peers of the Empire who have not yet rendered their oath are once more called upon to swear loyalty before the Imperial Throne, affirming their fealty in accordance with law and custom. 

 

Furthermore, His Imperial Majesty shall hold open court to hear petitions, appeals, and matters brought forth by his subjects. All Imperial citizens, highborn and lowborn alike, are granted the opportunity to present grievances, seek redress, and offer proposals for the welfare and prosperity of the Empire, as well as to address more private concerns at the Emperor’s discretion.

 

Let all who attend do so with due reverence, mindful of the weight of the moment and the authority of the Crown under which the Court is convened.
