Formal Opening of Relations with the IBA

 

To the representatives and registry of the Imperial Business Association,

 

The Petra Commerce Guild hereby issues formal notice of its intent to open and maintain official relations with the Imperial Business Association.

As an institution founded upon structured commerce, contractual enforcement, and intercity accountability,

 

the Petra Commerce Guild recognizes the IBA as a body of relevance in the coordination of enterprises operating beyond the jurisdiction of a single city or guild charter.

 

In accordance with internal guild policy, member enterprises engaging in external trade — shall conduct such relations in alignment with both PCG oversight and IBA regulatory standards, ensuring consistency of conduct and institutional clarity.

 

This notice is issued to affirm the Guild’s openness to correspondence, coordination, and cooperative engagement,

where such interactions serve the stability and integrity of interregional commerce.
