The resignation from the leader of Praetaria's Rest

(A letter was given out with a compass seal - A copy directly mailed to the Rex of the horde carried by an old red parrot)

 

To all that live in the Horde, I regret to inform that the Praetarian Fleet can no longer have its rest in this land, all of us but those who wish to remain returning to sea. Along with this, the vassal we have been keeping maintained will no longer be under my control, the land returned to the Rex. To any Praetarians who remain, we are still loyal to the horde. We will fight for their freedom until the final breath, aid in their efforts however we can.

The land is yours's in full once more, although I will continue placing donations of mina into the tax barrel once used for the vassal itself.
