My Dearest Daughter, if you are reading this I am dead. . . 
I wanted to leave you with one last piece of advice something that I never received i can not force you to listen, and I am not sure if you will take any of it to heart, but it’s worth a try.

 

Gracie, you are an intelligent young lady. You are kind and caring to the world around you, you’ve always reminded me of myself when I was your age, only you are so much better then I, you think outside the box, I’ve always been so proud of you and your brothers, you are the light to my darkness. . . And I know I only got to be your mama for but a short while, But I think I can say that I know who you are, I see you, and I understand who you are. And that you have a lot of trouble saying no. 
 

Not that you don’t have a back bone, you definitely do. 
 

And I’m sure at this point your getting suspicious, I suppose that’s my fault too, so I’ll wrap this up.

 

Marriage is not a chore, and it is not a brick you must place in your foundation, it is something that is part of humanity, it is sometimes hard to imagine ever finding someone who is perfect for you, but truly it is not about perfection and it is not about being perfect, It is very important that you are comfortable, and that who you choose is your choice, you may take as many years as you wish or you may not at all, but that is entirely up to you. So here is my advice, be patient and do not rush through what you think is right, because you may just find the smallest weed and the best way to get rid of a weed is to pluck it out of the very earth and let it be casted from you heart and mind, for it is not worth the pain.

Eldorin, you are named after a man I loved very much, he was both brave and courageous but even he made mistakes, but that is why I named you Erik Eldorin and not merely Eldorin. Fire is a lethal thing, but a wise man can put out even the smallest flame, can harness it, make it his own. You are then stronger then my father, though you do not see your own strength, I will always see you as my Eternal Prince, for that is your name my son.

 

keep fighting on for a better world, I will be watching, and when we see each other again we will read together once more, about the little lass and her little fellow as we used too so long ago. . . 
 

To you I give my bow and quiver, and since I had given my sword to Owen, I give you my dagger, I could never truly remember where I got it from, maybe you will be able to find out. Dearest son, Though you are not my blood I have always seen you as such, you are the brightest boy I’ve ever known, and I wish you luck in your endeavors, when I adopted you I will admit I was reluctant, I was a poor widow with nothing but a small kettle and a few scraps of food, but there was something in your eyes, a bright determination I could not understand it, but I wanted to see what you would do. 
 

It is now that I tell you a secret I was meant to tell you when you were 18 if I am dead before then, read this please. . .

 

You were created by dwarf in Urguan, I know not his name but he had said you were made of metal, created by magic I believe, if you were ever hurt I was to find him and he would fix you. . . Do not think this made me love you less, you were always Lileo and you still are.

My Nephew, how can I ever thank you enough for all you have done for me and my children, out of all my family you have always been the one to support me most, you’ve grown to be a true inspiration to those around you.

 

I do suggest you smile more, you’re about to get married for goodness sake! I am sorry I had to leave the party early, I had to take my medicine, and somehow I ended up writing this letter, I feel in another time, I would have loved to call you my son, I do think Erik would agree with me.

 

If It does happen that I die in the coming future, you may take whatever you like from the house, I’m sure there are a few Knick Knack lying around somewhere, also if you could relay a message to Spuds Wick for me, could you thank him for the glasses once more? And perhaps if it’s not to much tell him this riddle. . .
