To the denizens of Caras Siol,

 

While recent affairs would at large turn the attention of the Ivory Crown away from local and domestic policy, evermore is it the duty of the crown to serve the will of the people. Such are the merits of public assembly, by which the hand of law may join the hand of the gentry under counsel.

 

In light of recent exchange between descendants and the Mori'Quessir matriarch Felyndiira, the advent of their population from their cavernous dwellings brings into question their social status among the people of the city. As there are those who rebuke the welcome of the Morifolk for the barbarity of their Almaris ancestors, equally are there those who contend that they do not reflect the crimes of their forefathers. 

 

In the interest of honoring the voice of the people and the contentions thereby, the Ivory Crown hereby convenes the third Eldertide of Caras Siol. The crown looks forward to your attendance.
