NOOOOOOOOOO

Aurelian wept. She recalled that little gnome watching her paint when she was younger, and now guilt weighed upon her. She never got around to painting him. That morning she doodled, a gnome riding upon a Greyehound, into the seven skies.

There is not alot of characters that players are capable of making so whimsical and fantastical without ruining the serious presence of both roleplay and the general genre set by most of the playerbase. Bimble however I had always felt was so perfect in his design, and by your roleplay standard, to complete the niche of a g-nome. He will be missed, and I look forward to whatever character you are next to play. :)

Oh how alone he felt now—the slayer of demons and men, the wanderer of glory, brought low not by blade but by absence. Who would have thought he’d come to admire a man four-pints his size? The knowing had crept upon him, slow and unwelcome, until it at last struck and some hidden string in his chest thrummed like a forbidden lute.

Oh Bimble,” he sang, as leaves turned with the ghost of his lyre. “Return, you glorious merchant.” But the wind took the song and gave nothing back. And Brutokles would never know that in the end, for all his strength, he had failed the small, steadfast friend he could not save.

As Oswald sat at his desk, he let out a large sigh "I wonder when Bimble will pass through our lands once more. I miss him." he slowly nodded

Vir cradled a patched up red hat in his clasp. It was too small for him, but just the perfect size for a gnome. His eyes traced the magegold which lined the rim of the hat. The elf had kept it empty all this time.

"Have you seen a gnome, just this high, goes by Bimble? I have something of his."

Similar words would be spoken as he travelled, often walking place to place. A gnome was far more distinct than he, short but with a bright red hat. Surely he would find him eventually.

It would take some fifty years for such hopes to truly begin to wane, and long until the day the Elf would eventually die to truly forget the gnome.

I was just saying the other day to a friend how I've been failing real bad at trying to get the hat back to Bimble. What a wonderful little character, truly, I regret I couldn't follow up and find him :(

A Felseni 'man' whistled as he strolled from the woods, quietly delighted - novelty, after half a millennium, was an infrequent guest.

As Grimbol Grobol was making his runs, selling drugs to the citizens of the world, he'd too hear of the fall of his friend. He'd slow to a stop, the news settling heavy upon him, before picking up his jug of ale and pouring it out in honor of Bimble Thimblewhim.

It was a dire fate, the natural course of life unforgiving to even the purest of people. The one who had taken that poor gnome's life had felt not one bit of remorse as he led Bimble astray, nor when he choked him or slowly sapped his life away. In the gnome, he had not seen a person, but a mere opportunity - a meal, if you will. Humanity served as nothing but fuel to the undying nightmares that wandered Aos and Eos, so he thought.

And as such, he would continue to wander, likely never to be held accountable for this gruesome act. He would continue to lure the righteous astray with his smile, before shedding his human guise and devouring their genus. Such was the natural course of life.

AHHHHHHHHHHH IM A TERRIBLE PERSON I DIDN'T KNOW THE GNOME WOULD PK AHHHH (if only I had an option to make them forget my face 😔)

Cruel fate, hope I didn't cut short any plans you may have had. Thanks for being a great sport about getting taken away like that with continous rp where some resort to simple one-liners tho

Ruby had noticed the absence of his friend at the NGS meetings subsequent to Bimble's death.

He stared out of the open gate of the headquarters as the crisp Imperial wind carried a few distracting leaves past as this week's lecture rolled on.

"Oh brother of mine/ tell me where have you been...."

The new lyrics rolled around in his mind as he slowly exhaled, hoping his gnomish compatriot was just off on a big adventure.
