As the drums of war rumble outside of Kal'Baraz, the empire closing in on the remnants of dwarven forces, Durin Hammerforge lays in small stone quarters; his injuries having left him bedridden. His axe stained with the ichor of his fallen enemies, now laden with cob webs and caked in a large blanket of grey dust. The room is illuminated with  flickers as a singular slow burning candle sits near the bed of the small dwarf. 

 

Wounded by arrow fire at the Battle White Cavern from forward positions Durin Has remained unable to aid in the struggle against the Imperial war of aggression. He remains helpless against the invaders, trapped within his quaint home within the mountain.

Just made this little post to explain in roleplay why my character hasn’t been able to fight as I have been absent and banned during the conflict.  😁
