ON THIS DAY FORTH, though it hath not been plainly proclaimed by those who came before me, I, as Lord Treasurer of Reinmar, do extend a welcome unto the dawning of prosperous trade, that greater coin may flow unto our lands and the Empire entire. Within Reinmar lie several shops yet unclaimed, and many stalls and market stands, both within the city walls and beyond them. We do bid welcome to our foreign allies to take up these stalls, and likewise to all folk from across the Empire who would partake in such enterprise.

A business woman pondered to herself as the missive found its way to her. Several shops and stalls she owned across Azuras, she knew enough to know that if people cannot get to the shops, there is no point in investing.
