THE FREE HIGH COURT

OF THE GRAND KINGDOM OF URGUAN

Hear this, sons and daughters of The Empire of Man, you shall meet your end soon…

Hear this, kin of the mountain, scattered though you may be.

The caves of The Grand Kingdom of Urguan have fallen before, and we have faced death many times.

They have burned our homes, drowned our ships, shattered our clans, and abandoned our lands.

They speak of dissolution. They speak of our end of banners lowered, of our coffers emptied, of clans reduced to ash and memory.

Yet still the will of The Grand Kingdom of Urguan endured. So too shall it endure now.

  • A Grand Kingdom is its law.
  • A Grand Kingdom is its honor.
  • A Grand Kingdom is the hammer that strikes true, no matter where it falls.

BY DECLARATION,

The High Court of The Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall remain.

The Free Lord Justiciar.

The High Court does not require a throne and the codex of law does not require a city.

And a hammer needs no forge to be swung.

Come forth, then scattered people of Urguan. Bring your oaths. Bring your grudges.
Bring your crimes and your truths alike.

For whether in the deepest cavern, or upon the open road beneath the skies the hammer shall fall.

And it shall fall justly.

We shall pass judgment.

TO HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY,

Hadrianus Del Drieanus

  • We require no walls.
  • We require no kingdom.
  • We require no permission.

Where dwarves gather, where grudges are carved, where truth demands to be heard

There shall be the High Court of The Grand Kingdom of Urguan to be held...

The Free High Court stands.

TO SIGRUN STONEHAMMER AND OTHERS,

YOUR TRIAL IS COMING…

  • Thou shall perish
  • Thou shall pay for your crimes
  • You shall stand for your crimes

A failure you are for not protecting your home,

Thou shall respect the law

-  The Free Lord Justiciar..

TO THE DWARVES OF URGUAN

THE FREE PEOPLE

  • They shall pay for their crime
  • The traitors shall be prosecuted
  • The Grand Kingdom is an idea and shall stand.

Where we have failed, we shall rebuild,

The laws of the Grand Kingdom of Urguan shall be respected...

The High Court stands.

Ulfar, hidden beneath the world in his bunker, grips the signed Charles the Bald training sword tightly. . .

He mutters a prayer, trying to invoke a better future.

Narvi remembered a dream he had had many years ago, he'd mutter. "We should have listened. . ."
