Go with vigilance, for within the east do the wicked labor evermore upon our resplendent glades of Ame’lentian, reaching ever desperately to extinguish the light of the Aengul Tahariae. While the righteous have labored diligently to repel Ibleesian, Necrotic, and Infernal devilry since these revelations, recent affairs would reveal the necessity for the exchange of knowledge as it pertains to the dark lord Reikenor. 

 

Such is the second Civilian Training of Caras Siol, through which citizens and respectful allies and friends of the state may partake in the exchange of information in order to promote effective communication and cooperation henceforth.
