wesmellbad123 2 Share Posted November 5, 2011 It started as a normal day, with Bruug the orc walking through the orc nation, Krugmar. Suddenly, he heard a shout, calling all orcs to assemble at the gates. Before he knew it, dozens of little halflings came in. He started to attack, but they yelled out that they came in peace. Of course, one said that they should fight the orcs, kill them. Bruug had no doubt that the orcs would win. He let them attack, and fought back gladly. However, Bruug never carried a sword, only his fists, so the tiny halflings killed him with their diamond swords. Bruug was quickly healed by the monks, and he sprinted back to the gates. They were locked, and he was stuck outside with the very person who had started the killing of the orcs. He wore a hood and the colors of the forest. He wore no armor, but he looked cunning and ruthless. He said to Bruug, "orcs are stupid." Bruug went into a frenzied rage at hearing this, and in his haste, he found himself standing on the edge of a large hole before the gates of Krugmar. The strange man pushed him in, and screaming, "die, orc!" he lit the strange rock on fire. Again, poor Bruug had to be healed by the monks. He then looked for the strange man, an issued a shouted challenge, probably ill-considered. "Strange Man! You hurt me! And yo insult da orc, call us stupid! Come to da Whisper Village with no tricks!" he screamed. He went to wait in da Whisper Village, and again shouted out, "Strange Man! come to da Whisper Village or I will hunt you down!". "I won't bother. I don't fight losers..." a mysterious voice said out of the darkness. "Strange Man?! Show your self! We fight, no armor, no tricky tricks! Fair!" The voice responded, "Why should I fight a stupid, weak orc like yourself?". At this, Bruug went into another of his uncontrolled rages. He found the strange man, and punched him in the face. "DIE!!!" he yelled. The little man responded by drawing a very shiny, sharp sword, and thrust it into Bruug. Bruug was powerless against the power of that sword, and it sliced through him like he was made of butter. For the third time, Bruug was carted off by the monks. Bruug was ashamed beyond words. He had lost, three times, to a little man who had insulted him, and more importantly, the orcs themselves. Bruug vowed that he wouldn't ever set foot in Krugmar again, until he had become smarter, and understood the man's tricksy tricks, and his shiny, sharp sword. moondoggy 27 Share Posted November 7, 2011 ((It's a rule that when you die from rp you lose the last 30 minutes irl memory...which is almost 2 days in game. this helps to make it so everyone doesn't avenge their own death. Also, you cannot return to the spot or battle you died (again in rp) for 30 minutes. These rules don't apply if you die by mobs(non undead spawned), arena fights (other than duels to death), and accidents like drowning or falling. Also if your house is the place you died from rp you can go back but be warned...you don't remember the last 30 minutes so very well might not remember your killers and they might still be there and kill you again. I enjoyed your story i just wanted to throw out these rules so you might understand them as i wasn't sure if you did. I didn't til a month or longer after i joined the server. In the story the first time seemed like a standard arena klomping so you would remember being beaten. the second and third times, however seemed like they were to the death because you were insulted and usually an orc fights to the death with someone who insults him so you wouldn't remember 30 minutes prior to each of those deaths. not sure how if even it would play into the story again i just wanted to throw that out there.
